Please examine your order immediately on receiving it. Any problems or dissatisfaction with your order must be communicated to Vivaldi Animal Services of receiving your order. If Vivaldi Animal Services have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by the customer will be refunded.
If you have ordered in error and wish to exchange the goods, you must return the goods unopened and in a resaleable conditon having taken reasonable care of the goods within 7 working days and we will endevaour to exchange the goods where possible making any extra financial adjustments regarding cost of the exchanged products. Please note an additional standard postage charge will be made in shipping the exchanged goods back to the customer.
If you have ordered in error and no exchange is required please return the goods unopened and in a resaleable conditon within 7 working days and the full price of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We aim to dispatch your order the following business day after we have received your order and payment.
Shipping and Handling is charged at £3.95 on ALL orders under £70.00 delivered to an address within mainland UK. For orders over and including £70.00 shipping and handling is free of charge to an address within mainland UK.
If you require an order sending out the same day on a 24 hr delivery (not including weekends and public holidays) this will occur an additional charge and we shall contact you regarding additional costs for your delivery and to confirm that you are happy to pay any extra delivery charges.
Outside UK Mainland delivery charges are charged per parcel and we shall contact you regarding additional costs for your delivery and to confirm that you are happy to pay any extra delivery charges. In the unlikely circumstance you are not happy to pay the extra delivery charge your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please note that there are also parcel size and volumetric weight restrictions for deliveries outside Mainland UK, together with regulations regarding the transportation of liquids. We will contact you should your parcel fall into these categories and advise regarding additional delivery costs. Please note that we are unable to send aerosols outside of mainland UK.
